2. Orders to countries outside the Netherlands are calculated separately for each country in the checkout screen.

Orders to Dutch addresses ordered before 2:00pm on weekdays will be delivered the next. (Exceptions: orders placed on Friday before 14:00h are usually still delivered on Saturday, unless you live in a residential area where there is no Saturday delivery. Think business parks or some new construction districts)

Yes, you have 14 days reflection period after receiving your order and it is completely free of charge to return. Report your return by sending an email to info@lendo-online.eu containing the order number of your order. It helps us greatly if the reason for return or any damage to the product is mentioned before it is returned.

Products must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. A fee may be charged if alternative packaging is used.
